1. DIAGNOSTIC –The design of your programme begins with a diagnostic that allows us to identify your profile and clarify your objectives. This is the foundational session — a deep profiling exercise from which everything takes shape.
2. TEAM & CALIBRATION –We select our most relevant experts to address your specific subjects. They will work jointly, according to our coordination protocol, until your objectives are fully realised. Between 4 and 12 experts, depending on the programme — working in synergy, not in silos.
3. FOLLOW-UP – Your programme is punctuated by in-depth review sessions to measure the evolution of your
journey, adjust the approach where necessary, and assess your satisfaction. The cursor is
adjusted in real time.
